To order, visit our website at cre8tures.com and follow the steps below:
- Choose a product, click on its photo and click add to cart.
- Review your order. When you’re happy with what you got, click proceed to checkout.
- Fill out your order form with all the necessary info.
- Choose your mode of payment and click “Place Order”
- Check out! Make sure you read the details. You can find your order number, and payment instruction on this page and a copy of your order has been sent to your email. Now all you have to do is send the payment.
- After sending the payment, send us a copy/picture of the proof of payment via e-mail at email@example.com, use your order # as your e-mail subject.
- Wait for your order to arrive! You will be getting a ‘completed’ order status and notification via email once your package has been shipped out from CRE8TURES HQ.
After the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number. For orders with payments of bank deposit/transfer, PayMongo and PayPal International, the proof of payment must be sent to our e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org before the delivery and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.
We offer Free Delivery Nationwide so no shipping fee is required.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept store/office pick-ups but we can arrange the delivery of your order at your preferred location anywhere.
We are an online shop so we don’t have a physical store but you can view and order our products on our website.

We accept payments made via bank deposit/bank transfer, PayMongo, Major Credit Cards via PayPal, PayPal Credits and cash on delivery. For payments done through bank deposit/transfer, PayMongo and PayPal please email the proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Check out our Payment Method page for more info.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
It takes 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 3-7 days outside Metro Manila from the time the order is accepted for the package to be delivered. However, once we give the package to the courier, we do not have control over any delays your package may experience.
It usually takes one business day for your order to be picked up by the courier.
Probably nothing. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the couriers website to update. Be patient; your tracking number will be updated.

CRE8TURES will offer a full refund or replacement of the product within eight (8) days if the item is unused and unopened and if the product is damaged or faulty. Please contact us for any refund or replacement request.
Only regular items may be refunded or replaced. Sale items cannot be subject to refund or replacement. Please note that we do not refund the shipping fees with the return. You will be responsible for shipping cost back to us.
